VOLUNTEER: On-Site ShiftsGUIDELINES
-Volunteers must be at least 13 years old; all minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. -No experience is necessary to volunteer. On-site training is provided. VOLUNTEER SHIFTS Evening Crew (6:30pm-9pm) Morning Crew (6:30am-8:30am) VOLUNTEER ROLES Kitchen Prep: Prepare food and beverage cart, kitchen clean-up Servers: Distribute food & beverages to Guests, kitchen clean-up Guest Intake (evening only): Guest check-in, review EOWC rules and amenities with Guests, Escort Guest to cubicle Guest Outtake (morning only): Assist Security with wake-up, assist guests with packing bedding & take to storage area. Floater: Determine guests needs, furnish clothing & hygiene items on intake, provide food/meal ticket and bus pass on outtake Receptionist (evening only): Greets guests, records guest info, pass guest to security Clothing & Toiletries Room Attendant: Assist guests with clothing and toiletry needs. DONATE: Financial ContributionsYour generous financial contributions help fund the food, supplies, toiletry bags, bus passes, meal cards, and much more needed to support Summit County's vulnerable shelterless population.

DONATE: Winter Wear & Winter Clothing-Our Partner, The Peter Maurin Center, is accepting new and gently used winter wear items to be distributed at the
Emergency Overnight Warming Center during openings. -Adult Winter Wear Needs (in order of priority): Men's/women's winter boots, coats, gloves, men's/women's underwear, thermal underwear, socks, hooded sweatshirts. **Please be sure all donated items are clean.** -Non-perishable and canned food donations are also accepted at The Peter Maurin Center.
